All who dare to embrace the beauty that lies within are welcome.

A seasoned guide in the world of healing and consciousness

As a practitioner she has spent more than three decades navigating her own trauma, illness, spiritual awakening, and deep personal transformation. Her lived experience—combined with training in personal narrative, hypnotherapy, and cranial sacral healing—allows her to guide others with grounded compassion and clarity.

Since 2006, she has worked as a writer, healing facilitator, and coach, leading groups and working one-on-one with individuals.

She values the transformative power of personal narrative, collaborative supportive coaching, energy work, and the profound intelligence of the plant kingdom as sacred allies in the journey of self discovery and healing.

Having rebuilt her life from the inside out, she holds a unique ability to support clients who are moving through anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns and spiritual initiation.

Her work has led her to offer training and mentorship for those ready to step into their gifts as a healing facilitator.

We don’t discover who we are in comfort. We discover it at the edge — and every initiation is an invitation to meet the most sovereign version of yourself.

All are welcome who dare to find love when all that can be seen is fear. To feel joy when all that could be heard was sadness. And birth when all that could be felt was loss.
